Local Same‑Day & Next‑Day Delivery — OC & LA (Invoice‑Only)

We deliver same day or next day in Orange County and Los Angeles — by invoice only.
Before purchasing, email us at  contact@studiocopalia.com with the item link and your delivery address. We’ll confirm availability, calculate delivery, and send a Shopify invoice that includes the item and local‑delivery fee. Once paid, we schedule your delivery.

How it works (simple + transparent)

  1. Email first: Send the product link, your name, phone number, and delivery address (and gate/concierge info if any).

  2. We confirm + invoice: We verify the item is available and email a Shopify invoice with the item + delivery fee.

  3. Pay to book the slot:

    • Same‑day delivery if paid by 12:00 pm PT (Mon–Sat).

    • Next‑day delivery for payments after 12:00 pm PT or on Sun/holidays.

  4. Delivery window:

    • Same‑day: 5:00–9:00 pm PT

    • Next‑day: 12:00–8:00 pm PT

If you check out on the website without emailing first, local delivery isn’t guaranteed. We’ll contact you to switch to local delivery (with the per‑mile fee) or proceed with standard shipping.

Pricing (invoice line item)

$1 per mile (one‑way) from our studio.

  • Distance is measured by the fastest driving route (e.g., Maps).

  • Multiple items to the same address: one delivery fee.

  • Multiple stops: add $1 per mile between stops (we’ll show each leg on the invoice).

  • Oversize or museum‑fragile pieces may need custom packing; if so, we’ll note any packing surcharge on the invoice before you pay.

  • Signature or photo proof is required for higher‑value orders.

Orange County: Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Villa Park, Yorba Linda, Irvine, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, Dana Point, San Clemente, Rancho Santa Margarita, Ladera Ranch, Coto de Caza.
Los Angeles County: Beverly Hills, Malibu, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Palos Verdes Estates, Rolling Hills, Rolling Hills Estates, Rancho Palos Verdes, La Cañada Flintridge, San Marino, Calabasas, Santa Monica, South Pasadena, Pasadena, West Hollywood, Hollywood, Silverlake, Arts District, Studio City.

Don’t see your city? If you’re in OC or LA, email us — we’ll usually accommodate at the same $1/mile rate.

Policies (so there are no surprises)

  • Timing: Same‑day requires invoice payment by 12:00 pm PT. Otherwise, we schedule next‑day.

  • Access: Tell us about gates, loading, or elevator access. If entry is blocked and we must re‑deliver, a new per‑mile fee applies.

  • Missed delivery: If no one is available for a required signature, re‑delivery is charged at $1/mile.

  • Fragile items: Some pieces may need an extra day for custom packing. We’ll flag that before you pay.

  • Returns: Local deliveries follow our Returns & Exchanges policy (7‑day refunds; days 8–14 store credit; no exchanges). The original delivery fee isn’t refundable; return labels are handled per the policy.

Can I buy online first and request local delivery after?
Please email first. If you already checked out, we’ll try to convert your order to local delivery (adding the $1/mile fee) if the item hasn’t shipped.

Weekend / holidays?
We deliver Mon–Sat. Sundays and major holidays are next‑day. Holiday windows can widen due to traffic and building access rules.
